The app and accompanying website require yet another set of golden1 credentials to be made. I've been shuffled between loan officers without discussion and the app is stuck on my initial loan officer. I can't see the loan process in my app because of this. There were also issues with filling out my initial loan request form. The software experiences for golden1 have expanded but I'm not sure it's been a good thing.

Apply for a home loan. After submitting all necessary documents, Robert never followed up on me what needed to move forward. If I don't message him, he'll ignore me. And when I message him what's my next step is, he'll ask me to submit other documents. He should contact me about his needs, why make me wait days, weeks, and months. Golden1 lost my business, and thats why I don't bank with them. Wake up, Robert!
