What used to be simple on any device-PC, laptop, or phone-now is more complicated. Most annoying that it can only be used on phone. Can't print without using way too much paper, hard to see numbers on phone, can't print statement-must now be mailed from Post Office (backward steps), and finally can't even go back to original format. No help for senior members even if they are computer users.

Can't login to old app or new pilot app. We were supposed to login to the old app before the switch, which I did at least 3 times. After the switch-over, got my email link, used it to establish new login on the website and downloaded the new app. Try to login, nothing happens with username + . Neither app logs me in, and the website tells me I have no digital device registered. Can find no option for setup. This does not bode well for the new system.

So far it sucks I've done everything right I can log in on my laptop but the mobile app won't let me log on at all even after I verified everything new and I have been invited to do the pilot app this just doesn't work at all on my phone!!!
