This works well. The instructions should include how to copy from Google pictures. When I first plugged it in, it only copied pictures not saved yet to Google, and it passed over what IT THOUGHT were the same pictures. I'm going back through my phone, and picking pictures day by day because you can't just backup all from Google. I wouldn't trust it anyway, because it skips pictures. But, now that I've figured it out, I'm glad I have it.

In the beginning, I was totally confused 🤔. However, I was overthinking everything and made it much more difficult than it is. Once I followed the easy steps it's a breeze. I feel much better having photos backed up. I can now go in and delete photos from my phone giving me more space. Of course, I have to learn a lot more about using the Picture Keeper so that I'm able to customize items the way that I want them.

Not good on computer and goofed up trying to use picture keeper. Requested help and Tony called and worked with me until we got it fixed. He had the patience needef to get things fixed with me because I'm not very computer savvy. While leading me through the steps to fix explained what he was doing in hopes that I won't do it again. Now up and running the product is great, the help was fantastic, and I worked with Tony here in the USA
