Over the years, I've had 2 SimpliSafe systems, set up at 2 different homes, with 2 sets of hardware, and at least 2 phones. It has been a few years now, and I have never, ever experienced 2 months of trouble-free operation. There is always some type of issue. Random software issues with cameras, or a device has to be reset, reconnected, or replaced.

Lied to about moving me to their 'Standard Plan' which no longer have push notifications/text messages. I've been on their standard plan for 7+ years (started out at $14.99, increased to $17.99 then $19.99 and $21.99 soon) and always had the ability to receive push notifications and text messages from the app. They keep increasing prices and removing features and now lying to customers. They say we never should have had the option to receive those notifications. I've had SAME PLAN for 7yr.

Poor interface. Half of the time I can view 1 camera but another is "unavailable" even though its fully charged and closer to the router. The cameras also only record a small amount of time and there is NO way to change it. I don't even think keeps they truly monitor the system. Honestly going to replace this garbage with a better system. What a waste of money
