Over the years, I've had 2 SimpliSafe systems, set up at 2 different homes, with 2 sets of hardware, and at least 2 phones. It has been a few years now, and I have never, ever experienced 2 months of trouble-free operation. There is always some type of issue. Random software issues with cameras, or a device has to be reset, reconnected, or replaced.

This app is very flexible and has been capable of doing all the things I've wanted it to do! When wej travel the house is monitored by professionals. I also want to double check - door sensors and motion sensors - Done! Plus I want to be able to see if anything is going on at our house by real-time camera - Done. Most of all I've needed help setting it all up, naming all the sensors and making it all work. Well, with very capable, friendly and patient Customer Support - Done!! Thanks!!!

I wanted to like this as my husband purchased it before he died since he knew he wasn't going to be here. The problem is, the cameras drop signal alot & I have good internet & a good router & even have an extender plugged in next to them. They also take a long time to wake up on the app, sometimes 30 sec. By that time the bad guy will be in the house & I'll be killed while distracted with this app. My friend has $50 cameras that wake up immediately, always connect, & have motion tracking.
