Thanks to the new update the app is unusable. It asks for a master pin. When pin is put in, you get a "something went wrong error". I have had them for years. With the new system I receive constant failed components and battery drainage. Every week one or two components error. I plan on switching to Cove which has to be better than this.

Slow and not working right, all the cameras are slow to pull up with the app and crash. You then have to close and clear the app to get back to them. Every time someone rings my doorbell it starts telling me and my wife's phone how to install a panic button, something we don't even have. Tech support was unable to fix this at all. The widget doesn't work either at all.

It works for the most part, however, slow to respond on start-up. The widget that is built in for running on a home screen is worse. The status does not update unless your refresh, but the app is always running,?. Better than not having it. Don't get me started on the customer service aspect of it. I have experienced more broken promises and BS than I would have ever expected. Multiple pieces of equipment that have had to have been replaced promised call backs and equipment that should work.
