The app is very slow to connect to the cameras. I'm guessing it's the app but to be honest I can't be 100% sure. When I get a notification I'd like to be able to click it & see the activity immediately. More times than not it just "updates" continuously. 11/2024 Since the update a few weeks ago,notifications won't actually snooze. No response from customer service after reporting the issue. The above issues from 2021 are STILL an issue.

App/cameras are very buggy and laggy. I have pretty fast internet and a mesh network so there's not really any dead zones, so that's not the issue. For a security system, it's almost useless as watching things in live time is plagued with terrible audio and choppy video, and if you get an alert it takes for ever to buffer.. by then an intruder or thief has already committed their acts.

I expect more. It doesn't allow me to turn it off from my app most times. I keep getting the "checking your sensors" instead. Also, my camera keeps cutting out telling me there's no connection. It plays for maybe a minute or two and then cuts out and I've got to reload it again.
