Do NOT Download — Terrible Support & Unauthorized Charges! I highly do not recommend the E-Profit app. I downloaded it just to try it out and see if it could meet my needs—but instead, it turned into a nightmare. Somehow I was charged $128 without clear consent or warning, and the worst part is there is no way to get ahold of anyone to fix it. I’ve emailed their support twice, messaged them on Instagram, and even reached out through their website—and still, no response.

This app is great and it's helped me speed up the process of selecting new inventory. And it's truly free. Not sure how much more they're planning on developing it, but I would love it if you could save a library of calculations to match your inventory. For example, save a calculation and title it the name of the item or listing. Then you could pull it up and edit the calculation as you adjust the price on ebay (or if supplier price changes) to check your profit.

Problem 1: The Item Sold Price, Shipping Charge, and Sales Tax should be calculated together to know the Order Total. After the Order Total, subtract it by the Sales Tax, Transaction Fees, and Shipping Cost. There is also a problem when reaching the $10 price point as eBay subtracts 10 cents from Order Earnings/Total Profit. I got evidential photos. Problem 2: Put all the categories and subcategories with their own updated variable percentage fee to choose from without the eBay store. Fix this.
