I have a GO7 XSR and the Simrad app on my phones. I enabled the hotspot on the Go7 and can successfully connect to the chart plotter. However, syncing routes and waypoints always fails - frustrating! I can see a message on the chart plotter that says: syncing the device, but then a message comes up: synchronization failed without giving a reason. Also, changing existing routes is not possible. And there is no way to see currents - or it's so hidden I can't find it. UNINSTALLED and UNSUBSCRIBED

The SIMRAD Companion app keeps minimizing every few seconds and is not usable. It seems to crash and restart after that. Please fix it. This is happening on a new Android Phone. SIMRAD Tech support was no help at all. The Provide Feedback function in the app, resulted in "an error occurred" when attempting to submit the feedback. All very disappointing.

*#$%!!XX**@### I wasn't able to get the subscription payment set up in Google play store. Tried to use the app during the free trial period, but the chart is not for me. Having zero experience reading nautical charts (I am extremely familiar with aeronautical navigational charts) it just never clicked. Disappointed with myself and with this app.
