I am disappointed with the customer support. I requested help to recover my deleted account by email on 20 July, but I have not received any response. When I try to register, the app says "Account has been deleted," but when I use Forgot Password, it says "We couldn't find an account with this email/username." Please improve customer support and help users recover their accounts.

I praise core team of this network for their dedication and hardwork. They have achieved great in the shortest possible time. Networks like rubi,Bee has existed up to five years without listing. But there are no instructions on how to play their Games. some of us did not submit wallet address for withdrawal because we're new to crypto and don't know how to do it. we are now learning. we should be given a second chance.you may consider giving us a pdf format guide.

I have this app for some time ago but after the update my account wasn't found on newly updated app. I tried logging even before typing my account details has already appeared but still the app says that the account isn't found. I wanna know why?
