Notifications need tweaking and weekly payment is too high I'm not getting notifications every time someone messages, I have to open up our chat for the new ones to appear to make sure I don't miss them. also, $8 a week is too steep, I can see $8 a month, but at this pricing people could afford a therapy session in person instead. I agree with someone else, that it seems like taking advantage of people who need support. otherwise it's a beautiful app, and I've met some great people on it

very neat little app when you enter, just try to skip the premium stuff. once your in, just enjoy yourself. the entire layout is cozy and straight forward. send and receive letters on various topics. it's not riddled with ads and only will roll ads if you want single use perks, such as, more letter to read, more letters to send, resending letters that didn't pick up well, and a small ad bar at the bottom. it's very respective of you and your personal info and everything is anonymous. 5/5.

So, I love the app. however $8.00 a week, is in my opinion, taking advantage of people seeking support. I watch the videos, however if it was maybe $7.99 to 9.99 a month, I would for sure be a willing customer, but wanting to help or needing to help and being charged technically 32 a month, is absurd. as far as an app goes, it could use a few tweaks, but overall, love it
