Dear Livelaw team, Earlier everything was working fine but since the renewal of subscription, it had turned into nightmare. The user login does not work most of the times. Though logged in once, but it asks for login upon every click and mobile app is not accepting login credentials. It's showing them to be incorrect. I sent a mail also but no reply was given but in marketing effort mail for subscription is being sent quite frequently. You are requested to resolve it at the earliest.

Though content is good, still the communication with publisher is very very poor. The software for subscribing is most rigid n impracticable. It does not allow corrections to my wrongly entered email and debit card number. This incorrigible subscribe software missed my subscription for past 7-8 months. This portal has no contact numbers of publication office. Only tech savy can reach them online. Aged and computer illiterate cannot reach due to lack of telefone numbers. Very unfortunate.
