Good concept but needs improvement: 1. Not everyone has the same schedule/sleep/wake cycles. I wake up late morning & I am still asleep between 6-9 am - so my morning 3x period is already locked & unusable by the time I wake up & the evening period locks too early b4 bedtime. =>PLEASE 🙏 add the flexibility to choose the morning, afternoon, & evening time slots/periods!! 2. A full main menu should be accessible from the start, even before writing your first affirmation for easier navigation.

Very hard to use. The lack of interface causes the user's relationship with the app, that of a slave and slave master. There's only so little we can do with the help from the app.

Yeah, there should be a custom time setting for the notification reminders. I have no idea what the reminder times are and I keep missing them. It just makes me feel like I'm not able to manifest the way I should.
