Ratings and reviews

Not much of a point having this app other than to view available policies. When submitting a claim, the Policy number still has to be manually filled in instead of it being a drop down of all eligible policies. Also, if u minimise the app to retrieve info that they asked for and return to the app later, you have to restart the whole claims process! You also cannot view the claims you have submitted under Claims History.

Forces one to use the app to download policy documents, yet the app hangs and total unresponsive on the documents download page. Now there is no other way to retrieve the documents.

very irritating, after finger login, it still prompts for password or pin. Said 8 or more characters password, I put 17 characters can't enter the 17th character
