cannot submit claim due to technical error dor a whole day already! useless app and wasting of time! agent useless keep on asking me to try! they only know how to collect brokerage fee

why the app prompted me to update and then after the update I can't even use the app. It just kept asking me to update when I already updated the app. this is so frustrating, you shd improve the app and not going backwards instead!!! now I can't even use the app!!!!

After downloading, instructed me to download latest update. Tried and failed, repeatedly. Can't use the app at all on my redmi 14 note pro. The same app I downloaded on my previous phone had no problems.
