Ratings and reviews

Not much of a point having this app other than to view available policies. When submitting a claim, the Policy number still has to be manually filled in instead of it being a drop down of all eligible policies. Also, if u minimise the app to retrieve info that they asked for and return to the app later, you have to restart the whole claims process! You also cannot view the claims you have submitted under Claims History.

Your policy will not be displayed (ie missing) on the app if it's overdue. There's also no direct way to pay for premiums on the app, unlike other insurance provider apps.

app doesn't even open... no choice but to use web browser. sad. --- as of today 20May'26, apps log in works and slightly better now, but loading takes some time.
