*** You can locate free ATM’s using the FREE ATM finder located in your SIREN mobile app. ATM withdrawals are cash advances against the SIREN Card credit card, and while they are subject to the interest rates and terms outlined in the SIREN Credit Card Agreement, you will not pay any interest on those cash advances for as long as you have a valid cred.ai guaranty.

No card controls show, so I am unable to see any of my card numbers to use them. I tried reinstalling the app, which didnt work. I have contacted support as of a week and a half ago, but no resolution has been found. I cannot recommend this until they repair the app or add the ability to control cards from a web browser.

Finished signing up, tried to log in(I had written my info down so I wouldn't forget it) and it says it's wrong. I press forgot password, enter my email and the last 4 of my social, as it says to. Then it says "this email is not associated with this social security number." ?? And now my card is on the way, so I know it saved my info, but I can't log in. My manager says the siren card is a waste anyways, should've listened to him

Overall very unhappy with the card and the service. The app is saying it can't open in full screen mode but also won't open in half screen mode. This is a BIG problem since there's no website. Customer service had no way for me to be able to transfer my funds to my regular bank account since they won't give me the account information AND I CAN'T GET INTO THE APP to get it myself. It's been 72hrs with no resolution and, according to customer support, no one available to escalate the problem to.
