For the past couple of months, both my Vales de Despensa and Vales de Restaurante cards have been frequently rejected at payment terminals with an error indicating that the cards are blocked, even though both cards are active and have sufficient funds. I have never experienced this issue before, and it has become extremely frustrating. Please fix this problem. It's very inconvenient to never know whether a payment will go through,

Cannot access app using correct password. Cannot change password. Cannot receive password change emails. I'm convincing my company to change for a competitor, others should do the same if this service does not get better. Regards.

the service is bad, it barely works, if you can go with a more professional provider you will save a lot of trouble for your employees. And it is full of unskipable Ads, mind you this is a paid service why does it has ads?
