customer service is trash! somehow I accidentally placed the same order twice. I was able to "talk" to someone in the app that allowed me to do a one time courtesy return(because of the items was on sale)so I returned my items(there were 2 things in the package that I returned) & only received a partial refund. I have sent multiple emails and have not heard anything & to boot I can't reach out to them through my app anymore! how convenient is that?! jus send me my item back if u can't refund me!

The app is slow to load, oftentimes doesn't load at all, and crashes every now and then. It is not uncommon for me to uninstall and reinstall it, only to have the issue repeat itself. My phone is newer (Google Pixel 9a), fully updated, and all other apps work fine. Great company, great products, annoying app.

There are some glitches that need to be fixed. When I click the edit button to change my email address, it redirects me to something else. I also need a favorite option. if it were there, I would buy more. Also, one cannot view previous orders. Sometimes it works , however hardly. Lastly, it would be wonderful if there was a way to merge all three email address accounts into one account and manage from app however that is not possible. please hire someone from silicon valley to fix the bugs.
