Ratings and reviews

I was getting steady catering orders for weeks and making good money with Skipcart, but now for over 10 days I've not been offered even one. Support can't explain it, I have all the equipment approved and all the training modules are completed. I had high hopes for Skipcart since the catering orders were good and paid well. But now, nothing at all. It's a disappointment. In addition, there are a few bugs in the app that are critical but support doesn't seem interested in fixing them.

In order to get some of these bigger orders you have to keep your acceptance above 30%. well not with this app they send you orders when you're not even online and penalize you for not accepting the order The whole point of online and offline is so that the company understands that you're not available if you're offline. then I was told that I needed to log out completely and it wouldn't affect my rating well it did.

I signed up to be a driver a while back, so I tried signing in just now in hopes of finding work, only to find out my account "wasn't found". I'm not going to bother with this app anymore because someone said customer service is all automated, and when someone else complained about the long waitlist, they got some bot giving them lip service "claiming" the company will improve it, even though another person complained about the exact same problem recently.
