I work for skip and every update causes problems stop updating!! This last update has caused the app to constantly keep signing you out every 20 mins no error message just does it.. needs to be fixed because I'm getting sick of it, making impossible to do my job. ***Update this problem has been fixed, but now it's back to constantly loading when you take a pic here and there have to restart the app. Some days it's like 20 times some days 3 or 4.

UPDATE: if I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Your about the app info should have all the information regarding what items you get a return on. After giving five bags of clothing and a tablet, I would have expected some kind of kickback. You get nothing for clothes and electronics, which is absolutely ridiculous. Nowhere I could find had any information saying that there wouldn't be a return. I contacted support and got a "sucks to suck" answer. You're all a bunch of scammers.

Like many, we initially used this service in the pandemic-era, and it was an easy and efficient way to get rid of our bottles and collect back our deposits. It's a great concept, as no one enjoys going to the bottle depot. We liked the big bags they always provided as well. What I didn't like, was the big windows for pickup, and the biggest problem, the accuracy of the counts. We felt our last pickup was egregiously undercounted, and thus no longer have trust in this company and service.
