Skitto is great as a digital lifestyle app, but one of its major limitations is the absence of Bengali language in the app. As a Bangladeshi app, it should have Bengali language. Also, currently the prices of promo deals or internet packages have gone up a lot. For those of us who regularly buy data and minutes, we should offer more affordable packages at lower rates. Hope these issues will be resolved in the next update. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

I am disappointed with the Skitto app. Data and minute packages are overpriced, and affordable offers are hard to find. Loyal users get no real benefits. Skitto should introduce budget-friendly packs and user-focused offers; otherwise, customers may switch to other operators.

Grameenphone your app sometimes becomes very slow and there are some bugs like when you enter something it suddenly exits or cannot be exited. You need to update your software a little, make it handy so that we the users will feel comfortable using it.
