The app is terrible — it's outdated, slow, and constantly freezes. Trying to recharge or even check your balance feels like a chore because of how unresponsive it is. On top of that, there's no unlimited validity internet pack, which is a huge letdown. Most competitors offer flexible options, but Skitto seems stuck in the past. The pricing is also quite high compared to what you're getting. For the same amount, you can get better speed, stability, and features elsewhere.

Skitto app is useful, but the UI/UX needs a modern, clean, and professional redesign with easier navigation. Please make offers, prices, package details, and validity clearer. Skitto should also introduce affordable monthly combo packages, including generous or unlimited internet with unlimited minutes at reasonable prices, similar to options available in India and Nepal. Please listen to customer feedback and bring these improvements in future updates.

Please offer affordable 2 GB or 5 GB internet packages with 30-day validity. Many customers don't need call minutes or large data bundles. Most people already have Wi-Fi at home and at work, so mobile data is mainly for occasional use. A small, low-cost package would better meet our needs. After all, some revenue is better than none—1 is better than 0.
