The app is terrible — it's outdated, slow, and constantly freezes. Trying to recharge or even check your balance feels like a chore because of how unresponsive it is. On top of that, there's no unlimited validity internet pack, which is a huge letdown. Most competitors offer flexible options, but Skitto seems stuck in the past. The pricing is also quite high compared to what you're getting. For the same amount, you can get better speed, stability, and features elsewhere.

There is something called Advanced Protection on Android 16, It is safeguard which also blocks 2G connection. I use it everytime, I also hate when my connection drops to 2G thats why i use it. In 4G/5G mode only i am facing lots of issues about voice calling my incoming calls sometimes unreachable. Also i can't call sometimes, Most of the time i face this issue on Motijheel Area. I get full signal but voice calling not works. Banglalink implented true 4G what is the issue with GP, Please fix it.

Their customer service experience is really terrible. There’s no response to either messages or calls on the helpline. I even waited on a helpline call for 22 minutes, but no one responded. Because of their poor service, I was forced to change my SIM.
