Skitto is great as a digital lifestyle app, but one of its major limitations is the absence of Bengali language in the app. As a Bangladeshi app, it should have Bengali language. Also, currently the prices of promo deals or internet packages have gone up a lot. For those of us who regularly buy data and minutes, we should offer more affordable packages at lower rates. Hope these issues will be resolved in the next update. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

I have been trying to access this app for 18 days now, but every time I try it says, "Looks like we're facing a problem with our server. Please try again a bit later while we run around trying to fix this". Does a renowned SIM company need this much time to fix their app? Are you guys ever gonna fix this app or will it remain like this forever? It's better to change the SIM atp.

My son and I have been using your service since day 1. it was pretty good. but from today I couldn't enter into the app. whenever I try to open the app, the app keeps telling on the booting screen, "Looks like we're facing a problem with our server, please try again a bit later while we run around and fix this" but my son didn't have any problem with the app opening. please fix it for me. I also tried reinstalling the app. but it kept showing the same message.
