My son and I have been using your service since day 1. it was pretty good. but from today I couldn't enter into the app. whenever I try to open the app, the app keeps telling on the booting screen, "Looks like we're facing a problem with our server, please try again a bit later while we run around and fix this" but my son didn't have any problem with the app opening. please fix it for me. I also tried reinstalling the app. but it kept showing the same message.

The âunlimitedâ data pack has a 10 Mbps speed cap, but this is not mentioned on the pack information page â only hidden in the Terms of Service. Speed limits are critical information and should be disclosed clearly before purchase. This feels misleading. Not the first time for GP though.

Overpriced Data package. Doesn't provide unlimited validity combo pack or data pack. Where's all of the sim company ar providing unlimited validity pack. Before i was using skitto now I'm not using skitto just connected for incoming call. I don't even recharge last 6 month. Skitto marketing policy has huge fault. They are not capable of getting users pulse. Overall poor service!
