The app is terrible — it's outdated, slow, and constantly freezes. Trying to recharge or even check your balance feels like a chore because of how unresponsive it is. On top of that, there's no unlimited validity internet pack, which is a huge letdown. Most competitors offer flexible options, but Skitto seems stuck in the past. The pricing is also quite high compared to what you're getting. For the same amount, you can get better speed, stability, and features elsewhere.

#--- Not Good UI / experience ---# Compared to other SIM apps in the market, Skitto app feels like from 1900s. The app needs to be updated with lot more features and activity history. App sometime causes freeze/ sudden close off issue. Also, Skitto should add more data offer and customized data packages and data validity. The price for data are already higher than other sim companies. I have complained of this officially as well. People will lose interest using Skitto if this goes on.

I do not find any low price internet deal. Skitto is for internet right so you should have some low price small internet pack like 1 or 2 gb for 7 days under 30 to 40 tk. Unfortunately there is no deals like this which is quite disappointing for me. Please have some packs which could make the purpose of using this sim worth the time. Thank you.
