App had previous worked great, but recently, I have found it nearly impossible to use at my nearest location. The hours are correct, the store is open, I can create an order for pickup, but when I go to check out, it always say "Online ordering is not available at this time. Please try again later." That error is completely unhelpful, and calling a store gets nowhere. I miss out on a lot of rewards as a result, since I can't scan for rewards in person or add points after the fact.

If I could give it a zero, I would! I have spent over an hour trying to order a special they sent out for app users only, and still can't get it completed. It keeps locking up, or doubling my order. takes over 3 minutes between screen changes and half the time, it wouldn't update. Just go right back to the same screen with no change. Love this place, but their app is the worst I've ever, ever used!!!

I can't even USE the app. I keep trying to register/sign up, waiting up to an hour to get the confirmation code text to actually make an account. Still can't do anything in the app. I have tried this. Multiple times. And have still never got ONE code, after triple checking my phone number, juuust in case I made an error. But still, nope. Doesn't work at all.
