The app has always worked great until about 3 weeks ago when I tried to place an order. My location was missing and when I did a search, it did not show up. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app & that did not fix the problem. You can't even open an account anymore. And don't even think about contacting customer support. They do not respond! EVER!! 😞

good is great, the app sucks badly. can't even create a login because at the screen where you put in your phone number and choose your password, you can't even scroll the page down to find the "ok" or "accept" button or anything. and you can't look thru the menu unless you login first, so that makes the app completely useless for anything. App had previous worked great, but recently, I have found it nearly impossible to use at my nearest location. The hours are correct, the store is open, I can create an order for pickup, but when I go to check out, it always say "Online ordering is not available at this time. Please try again later." That error is completely unhelpful, and calling a store gets nowhere. I miss out on a lot of rewards as a result, since I can't scan for rewards in person or add points after the fact.
