This app is a joke. I purchased 2 tickets from Brazil to Chile, it took the payment, and never sent me a confirmation/reservation number. The only way to report a concern is by submitting a form where they ask me for the "reservation number" that I never got. I booked other tickets through Latam, and I had 0 problems. I wanted to give it Sky a try, but it turned out to be a bad bad CHEAP experience.

basically, most of needed functionality is absent in the app. and functions that exist in the app just don't work properly. worst app and website of the airline I've ever used.

This app takes all your information, gets you to confirm your email and then you can't login with the password you just created. When you try and reset your password it takes you to an error page. Total waste of time and worse they got your document numbers and email address when sign up. Terrible!
