This app is a joke. I purchased 2 tickets from Brazil to Chile, it took the payment, and never sent me a confirmation/reservation number. The only way to report a concern is by submitting a form where they ask me for the "reservation number" that I never got. I booked other tickets through Latam, and I had 0 problems. I wanted to give it Sky a try, but it turned out to be a bad bad CHEAP experience.

Terrible - most options don't work, purchasing fails with a weird error message, chat is there but don't work. It's almost better if there was no app. The site is no better, by the way. Flying sky is good, though.

Absolute scam. You can't check in, you can't reach anyone on the phone, they charge you at every given instance. Terrible.
