Ratings and reviews

This app takes all your information, gets you to confirm your email and then you can't login with the password you just created. When you try and reset your password it takes you to an error page. Total waste of time and worse they got your document numbers and email address when sign up. Terrible!

They are Very straight people. Too proper. Not really interpersonal. They rarely offer common sense solutions, as they follow the rules and trainings by the book... too much. They are like robots in most cases and it make one feel like an alien compared to their square way.

The app is useless and the website is worse (if you try to do something, it will actually cause problems to your reservation). But the support by email works to solve (though partially) the problems caused by the website.
