Shut off the old app that worked fine. New one is offline. B nice to get access back to my finances. A week later and still will not open on android. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no success. Will be closing my account and moving to another CU. 5/22 update...have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times...app just doesn't work. When trying to open, get same error message each time "system is not responding"

Haven't been able to use zelle through the app for months and no one seems to know what's going on. I've deleted/reinstalled the app, cleared cache/data, updated the app, and still nothing. Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra running the latest software.

Have been able to use the mobile app for the past 3 years. All of a sudden without warning, the app stopped working and it is saying that my phone is no longer compatible! Is beyond frustrating!
