Shut off the old app that worked fine. New one is offline. B nice to get access back to my finances. A week later and still will not open on android. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no success. Will be closing my account and moving to another CU. 5/22 update...have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times...app just doesn't work. When trying to open, get same error message each time "system is not responding"

ZELLE ISNT WORKING ON THE APP FOR THE PAST MONTH. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BANK THEY DIDNT HELP, CONTACTED ZELLE THEY SAID ITS APP ISSUE, EMAILED AND NO RESPONSE. UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED 100 TIMES AND STILL NOT WORKING. CAN YOU PLEASE FIX ZELLE ON THE APP. THE PAGE WONT LOAD ON THE APP TO SEND OR RECIEVE.

ever since this new update the deposit check fails. Every. Single. Time. I've been getting the same check from the same person for over 2 years. Now the last 3 months or so, It will not take a picture of the back of the check (brightness/light failure) no matter what the background is or how bright or dark I make it. it holds the check for review 1 to 2 days. then takes up for 7 entire days to clear. again. it's every single time. not once in a while. the old update worked perfectly. 1 star
