Paying for the monthly subscription. Scanned and followed directions for setup, but the calendar and app do not sync with each other. I've tried sharing photos, lists, etc., but neither can see the other, so nothing saves. Settings are cumbersome and don't clearly let you see which email address(es) is/are connected to specific accounts.

The app needs a phone widget option to be able to look at the family calendar at a glance the same way you can see it on the actual frame. If I'm not home in front of the frame I have to click several times to get to the calendar in the app. it also has major syncing issues. no matter how many times I try to sync it doesnt show everything. Please fix! Also, most of the features are additional money per month to use. Would not buy again and do not recommend.

App has definitely been going downhill the last few months on my Samsung phone. (My kids have no problems using on their Apple phones.) App takes forever to load now. Today, I am trying to delete an event that's been canceled, and everytime, I click Edit then Delete, I am taken to a blank screen and nothing happens. I want to be able to continue recommending this calendar/app to people, but I won't unless things start improving.
