Disappointed in this app. Looking to switch over from boostcamp so I could run Alex's programs directly using his AI app to help weight selection etc but the app is just poor. Advanced AI aspects are thrown out the window by basics not even being there. You can't add exercises into any program so you can't track any additional work or have it scale with the other accessories in the program. You can't even see the full program just the block. I unsubscribed within 30 minutes. Stick to boostcamp.

the programming is solid, and the whole interface feels personable, like it's genuinely helping me collect data on my lifts and my prep in and out of the gym. first week of training done and while it was a tough re-entry to weightlifting, I'm excited to continue to see how strong I can get, something I have seemed to lose track of for years, even when training consistently. Alex Bromley, the creator, is probably the YT fitness figure that I trust and respect the most currently. great app🔥

Great initial start... i was doubtful as to whether this was for me cause I know it's a lot of strength lifting. However, my first use today with the New Year, I'm really enjoying it, I'm enjoying the fact I don't have to think ... I'm enjoyingthat having done all my research into the wave progression i don't have to calculate what I'm doing next week... I know it started easy but I know it's going to get tough in the weeks to come. I'm very excited to try this out.
