Now excellent but interface needs tidying up All the memory hog issues have gone and skype out now integrates with the Android contacts list so now a good alternative to viber out calls and whatsapp calls with (i think ) superior sound quality. Good job. You should blow the trumpet more and louder.
So impressed Samsung Galaxy Note 4, so glad to see you guys finally implemented screen share and group video calls. I mentioned that in an earlier review but never expected it to happen! The previous lag issues I had have long since past. Cheers to the team responsible!
For me Skype is a must have for my husband is often gone due to his work. I like Skype and prefer it to other messangers or other apps, but recently it started shutting down all by itself. My husband calls me on Skype and nothing. He calls me on Viber and I receive the call! Then I check my Skype and its all shut down! And I see the Skype blue screen only! Lately it happens nearly all the time. I prefer to use Skype than Viber or FB messanger, but it's only the case is I am calling. As I told you I am often "unreachable" with Skype :-(
Can't log in. Since the latest update yesterday I open skype to find out it logged me out and says it's "unable to log me in" even know i know my password is right. I can logged onto my laptop and it's fine but I can't use Skype on the go i havent had any problems other than this one please fixxx
Less and less reliable I find Skype less reliable than 15 years ago. The strange thing is that connections Skype to Skype were almost instant are delayed or do not connect. More dropped calls now. My broadband connection is 20x to 100 faster yet connections are worse now that Microsoft owns Skype. Too bad.
Good... Most of the time I love Skype. Don't get me wrong. Its a great app... When it works. Idk if it's just my internet, someone elses, or the app itself, but sometimes the picture gets grainy and blurry, I can't hear the person talking, and there is lag in mouth movement. But other than that I love it.
