Skystral turns your location and time into a practical stargazing guide. Check visible planets, the Moon, best viewing times and noteworthy events; browse planets, constellations, galaxies, nebulae, star clusters and comets; then open a target for direction, timing and observing advice.

• Personalized targets – Discover what is visible now and later tonight, ranked by darkness, altitude and the equipment you have.

FIND IT IN THE SKY

• Guided Sky View – Search for planets, constellations, comets and deep-sky objects. Choose a target, move to its best observing time and follow clear direction guidance.

• Sky View on any phone – Point your phone when motion sensors are available, or drag manually. Choose a city or enter coordinates when you prefer not to use GPS.

• Optional camera beta – Place the live rear-camera view behind the sky map to orient with your surroundings. Camera images stay on your device and microphone access is not requested.

EXPLORE SPACE AND TIME

• Interactive 3D solar system – Fly to the Sun, Moon and planets, compare real-size bodies and watch the system move through time.

• Stars and constellations – Identify bright stars and explore constellation lines and names in a clean 3D sky.

• Time travel – Choose any date or scrub through the hours to see how the sky changes.

• Eclipse Companion – Plan the 2 August 2027 total solar eclipse for your location, with local phases, coverage, viewing direction, Sun altitude, a Sky View preview, 3D alignment and a calendar reminder.
