Looks like the UI hasn't been updated for years. No option to add the PNR in my trips section which was booked separately. The flight status section is not working. Always says error. In frequent flyer program, the miles doesn't get credited to your account.

App is very confusing and inconvenient . Have to restart the booking process completely whenever I press back button even once.

while doing our booking, we can not go back to our previous page. The whole thing goes off to home pages. have to start from the beginning.
