Frustrating. That's the only description I can give. Been using this app for more than a year and I am not able to buy tickets sometimes, can't login sometimes, can't check-in sometimes. Inconvenient and inconsistent. They can't spend just a few dollars to test run the app and also make sure it's working. I'll be purchasing tickets else where then.

I would not advise anyone to use this app!! It has a very serious security issue. I don't think the developers know what they are doing. I tried making a booking, but after completing my transaction on the payment gateway and returning to the app, an error occurred. Despite charging my credit card around $1000, the app indicated that my booking had failed. I called customer service, but they were unhelpful. Now, I have to file a fraudulent claim with my credit card company to retrieve my money.

The app constantly gives error messages when ever I try to use it. From checking flysmiles details to online check in, to checking flight options. I suggest SriLankan rectify these issues before opening it up for the public to use. The customer service on the hotline is also as bad as the app. Extremely poor and non responsive.
