Buffers from time to time. When you try exiting a page you've been redirected to, you can't get out unless you leave the whole app.

SriLankan Airlines UL218 (Doha to Colombo) was a very poor experience. A 5-hour flight with no entertainment screens and an unpleasant smell throughout the cabin felt like a nightmare. Passenger comfort seemed to be completely overlooked. Definitely not what I expected for an international flight. I hope the airline improves its service and aircraft standards.

i have not been able to open the app..downloaded, uninstalled and re-installed it. nothing. stuck on the starting page with just the big logo in the centre. comtacted customer suppprt as well. no response. i have registered at flysmiles but unable to update information regarding passport and dont know how to go forward with it as i am flying tomorrow. kindly assist l
