i have not been able to open the app..downloaded, uninstalled and re-installed it. nothing. stuck on the starting page with just the big logo in the centre. comtacted customer suppprt as well. no response. i have registered at flysmiles but unable to update information regarding passport and dont know how to go forward with it as i am flying tomorrow. kindly assist l

The app is pretty handy. Of the many facilities, so far I've been using flight booking, seat reservation, check-in, flysmiles airmiles etc. As for the flight experience, the crew is always wonderful. The food and drinks are not bad either. But the music on the entertainment needs proper English content.

First time booking on SriLankan Airlines website and it was horrible. After paying nearly USD 2,000, I received only a booking confirmation, not the ticket. Had to contact customer service multiple times just to get it, with no apology. Dubai customer service closes around 5 p.m., WhatsApp replies were slow, seat selection costs extra, and the website is confusing. Very disappointed. Try another airline.
