Even when I had logged in our upcoming booking was not showing. So then input booking ref and lastname as directed, gave trip a nickname, shows picture on screen for trip. But when I tap the trip picture for flight details it says No trip details available. Also there is no biometric security for logging in available when most other apps accept this stronger security rather than trying to remember membership numbers and passwords.

Good app, but appreciate to make available for the following, 1. Option to use email address for username instead of UL number to login. And also to use biometrics as login option. 2. Option for the passenger details to be filled automatically when booking tickets without entering manually. 3. To nominate family members and their details also to be filled automatically when booking tickets. Thank you.

please improve your website. It took me more than an hour to buy my ticket. It was showing error messages and finally managed to buy my ticket. I was thinking there was a catch in making a mistake and paying extra 🤔
