Extremely and utterly disappointed at what just happened to us. We had a direct flight planned from Heathrow to Sri Lanka on the 6th at 9:30 pm, but then at 2 pm on the same day, we got an email saying the flight was delayed until the next day until 1300 hours. This was absolutely devastating as our trip to Sri Lanka was only for 2 weeks, and we have lost a whole day, of which, by the way, we had appointment booked months in advance, some even non refundable.

Why is the booking date selection so complicated on this app? the dep and arrival selection for a booking should be intuitive and easy - not a guessing game. disappointing experience.
