For what I'm looking for, it's a great way to track you sleep and see how well you're actually sleeping. My main issue is if you miss a day, you can't go back and add the missing day. I had great sleep last night but now I can't even add that because by the time I wanted to, it's Midnight, and the journal moved on to "the next day." A bit unfair and penalizing. Please add that feature and I may improve my rating.

Unfortunately atm the app only allows you to log one entry per day, so it's no good for logging broken sleep, split sleep for shift workers or the times you need additional 20min powernaps/micro-dozes.... With tweaks to allow this is would be wonderful, but this is quite an oversight! It's otherwise a wonderful straightforward easy to use little log/ sleep diary.

it's ok. often duplicates my records so it will say I've recorded 9/7 days this week or something. could be useful to have a monthly/total average as well as the weekly one. could also be good to have the ability to record multiple sleeps per day for naps/long breaks in sleep
