A year and a half later and I didn't think it was possible for an app to become even worse than it was. Why does it continually buffer or freeze or gives me error saying it disconnected. I can go to any of my other streaming apps abd they run seamlessly so I know it isn't the Internet connection despite what DISH app says. Anywhere app is useless.

I am adding another complaint. You can no longer submit your payment. It constantly says error, and won't submit payment..The other thing that really makes me mad about this app, is the fact that only 1 person in the family can watch live TV on the app at a time. I hate Comcast, and at least 2 people can watch live on their app. I found another issue, the tv remote option quit working last update.

I'm not sure what happened as far as the update. Now, every time I try to use the remote feature on the app, it goes to downloads. I am only trying to use the remote feature for one of my rooms as the remote itself isn't working. The app has always worked fantastically to pull up the guide and change the channels. Now, I can go into the remote, select the hopper, or, in this case, the Joey I am on. Then it goes to downloads, and I have to close the app and start all over. Please fix this.
