Poor support. The support in case of any issue is poor. They'll respond similar to an email response but you won't get any notification or anything. Issue - All of my stocks of GENUSPOWER were sold during a rebalancing incorrectly and the next day it showed, "Repair Order" and asked me to buy back. This caused me unnecessary STCG. On support side, there is no understanding of the issue or clear communication just standard responses saying I have sold the stock directly.

The truth is, never ever purchase or join in smallcase. It's totally waste of money. The idea of running this platform and customer service is good.. But the problem is customer is fooled by the fund managers who give 10 to 15 stocks.. What the meaning in giving those many number of stocks in single subscription. I subscribed 2 funds.. And I stopped them totally within a month. The enthusiasm won't be same after purchasing. So better research yourself and invest, that is only bring you up.
