Ratings and reviews

App is very buggy, messaging in particular. Images and videos dont go through. Regularly it says you were disconnected from the conversation and you have to reconnect. Open conversations disappear from the "open" tab and randomly become closed etc. This is a medical app. Reliability is the #1 priority. If you're doing messaging in-house, please outsource the technology ASAP. You're not Facebook or Google.

This review is for the app specifically, not the vet service. I am extremely frustrated with this app. It doesn't give me the notifications of messages despite the fact that my phone allows notifications from this app. It also doesn't upload photos and videos I uploaded for the vets to review. The only thing that works right is the making/canceling appointment and messaging texts. Nothing else works properly, and it is beyond frustrating.

HELP! The live chat upload photos does not work for Android -- it says no photos on the device. Very important for troubleshooting and live 24/7 support feature.. please fix!! I recently switched from iPhone, and didn't have any problems with this. This is extremely important as a main telehealth feature of the app... Troubleshooting pets problems with photos... Other bugs such as scrolling to the top of messages when opening a chat instead of opening the most recent message also occur. No notif
