Smart Checkin is a modern Attendance Record solution designed to replace traditional fingerprint and facial recognition systems. It enables employees to perform attendance check-in and check-out on both desktop devices (PC or laptop) and smartphones.
As a satellite web application within the Smart Office ecosystem, Smart Checkin is accessed via Smart Office for attendance management across both PC and smartphone platforms.
For the Desktop platform (PC & Laptop), attendance is validated through registered device authentication, corporate network connection, and, if required, supervisory approval.
For the Smartphone platform, attendance requires registered device authentication, connection to the company Wi-Fi, and GPS-based location verification at an approved site.
