Customer registrations can also be done directly from their mobile devices. By connecting with Smart Energies Meters via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), the app ensures a safe, transparent, and convenient way to access cooking gas.
Agents can quickly onboard customers by capturing key details such as name and contact details. Each customer is assigned a secure PIN, which is used to verify their identity and access their gas account.
