I don't think I have ever been more frustrated with a device and app. Like many others have mentioned when it wants to connect its great when it doesn't good luck... I've gotten to the point where unpairing, restarting, reconnecting isn't even an option as it won't even find the devices on Bluetooth. For how expensive this is you should look for a better alternative.

About 1/4 of the times I try to use them, the dots connect flawlessly to the app and run a program without issue. The rest of the time I have restart the app, and/or the dots, numerous times in order to get started and then again at some point during the programs. It's incredibly frustrating for something this expensive. When it does work, it works very well to reduce soreness or to provide a nice warm up.

Apologies for your issues, but it seems they are related to the Bluetooth stack issues on your phone. We always advice to restart the app and bounce Bluetooth between periods of inactivity and only turn on dots after the app is started.

So far I like the app and devices, but I've noticed that one of the 2 units definitely has bluetooth connectivity issues. As long as I keep my phone within 12 inches or so from both devices, I can complete a workout. They work great as long as i can keep connectivity, and powerdot customer service sucks. The link to a customer service email is broken so i have no way to communicate that I'm having issues.
