About 1/4 of the times I try to use them, the dots connect flawlessly to the app and run a program without issue. The rest of the time I have restart the app, and/or the dots, numerous times in order to get started and then again at some point during the programs. It's incredibly frustrating for something this expensive. When it does work, it works very well to reduce soreness or to provide a nice warm up.

Dear Taylor,
Apologies for your issues, but it seems they are related to the Bluetooth stack issues on your phone. We always advice to restart the app and bounce Bluetooth between periods of inactivity and only turn on dots after the app is started.

My first time using the PowerDot took an hour of resetting and connecting. I have an Android OS, so maybe that's the problem. It eventually worked but was so much more challenging than other tense unit devices. I've been using this app and product for a couple years. I still have connecting issues. Currently only one device connects.

SPLENDID INTERFACE. This app has an excellent track record with me. I've only had intermittent connection problems. the connection problems surprised me because my phone was right next to me. simply put the phone next to the power dots when the button to retry comes up and it will automatically reconnect. all else great 👍🏻. The app is easy to use and if you are body-shaping, WOW! But do ALL on RESISTANCE even if it asks you to change if your body shaping. the best for toning areas like abs!
