Great product. It is easy to use so far. Seems like there are a lot of presets i haven't messed with yet. These are powerful for being wireless. I like the pad customization as well. It is annoying that I had to make an account to use these and always being asked different things with the notifications. Although they don't interrupt while in a session. I'd say my experience so far is great.

I love both EMS & TENS functions in one app. The app is overwhelming but semi-organized with extremely technical program descriptions. 2024 edit: The app has not changed much. The confusing descriptions are still there. But, the product color went from red to blue. It is absolutely revolting. Not to mention, there are never replacement pads available and the price was raised. Really unfortunate a great product was acquired and went downhill like every corporation does.

About 1/4 of the times I try to use them, the dots connect flawlessly to the app and run a program without issue. The rest of the time I have restart the app, and/or the dots, numerous times in order to get started and then again at some point during the programs. It's incredibly frustrating for something this expensive. When it does work, it works very well to reduce soreness or to provide a nice warm up.

Apologies for your issues, but it seems they are related to the Bluetooth stack issues on your phone. We always advice to restart the app and bounce Bluetooth between periods of inactivity and only turn on dots after the app is started.
