Fasting4All is an intuitive and easy to use app which helps you to keep track of:

If you use fasting as a diet method, the built in weight tracker may provide useful insights in the relation between fasting and your body weight. On the statistics page these two metrics are placed in correlation with each other so you can see the effects.
The Lite edition includes:
* 18/6 , 20/4 and 22/2 intermittent Fasting Methods
* Sleep log
* Daily log
* Statistics (limited to 7 days)
* Weight tracker
* Body Mass Index (BMI) and Waist To Height Ratio (WHtR) calculator
There is also a Pro version available which unlocks all features and doesn't have adds. The Pro Version includes One Meal A Day (OMAD), Alternative Day Fasting (ADF) and a Freestyle mode to set you own goals.
