we got involved in the early stages of development and marketing. I remember looking at the critical comments regarding the trial period. although I was disappointed when some features were removed, I was able to maintain the same price point with essential features remaining. Overall a great product that evidently has saved the US government billions of dollars. Money that could have just as easily been printed at no cost, but saved nonetheless.

I can't tell you how much SmartSheet has changed my life when it comes to running a non-profit animal rescue. I'm able to manage volunteers, keep up on appointments for the dogs in our care, automatically import our Google form submissions for potential familes and I could go on and on. The app has improved tremendously since it first launched. It is much easier to navigate complex sheets and having access to everything on the go has been a lifesaver!

Smartsheet is an amazing product and a solid platform. The app is good, but I'm very surprised that the app developer didn't even realize that you can't set reminders using the app. I use Smartsheet reminders frequently and unfortunately I have to go to a computer to set reminders. That's a let down because to me the idea would be that I could do what I need using the app.

We regularly update the Smartsheet app to provide the best user experience possible. In this release, we've made a few bug fixes to improve the experience.
