SmartTPA is the member app for health plans administered by SmartTPA. If your employer's health plan is administered by SmartTPA, sign in with the credentials from your welcome email and manage your benefits anytime - no phone call needed.

- ID card: your member ID card on your phone, with a scannable code for the front desk. Add it to Google Wallet.
- Claims: see every claim, its status, what the plan paid, and what you owe.
- EOBs: plain-English explanations of benefits, line by line.
- Benefits: track your deductible and out-of-pocket progress in real time.
- Find care: search doctors, hospitals, and other providers.
- Virtual assistant: ask about your claims, benefits, and coverage and get answers in seconds. If something needs a person, the team follows up by email.
