It's OK. Does what it says..but it could be better designed. There is a big problem though...you have to first go to settings and select which luggage you want to open...even if you only have one on a particular trip. This is extremely annoying. Why can't it just remember the last luggage used and assume I'm still using that. Probably not an issue if you only have one of these luggages...but i have all sizes. Or why can't I get a selection of the luggage when I first open the app? Why bury it in the settings menu if I have to do this step every time?

On my second heys bag after an extremely low quality overpriced first one ordered online. Servo makes a noise, but bag remains locked and can only be opened with the key. Proximity sensor goes off even while my bag is in the room with me, and scale takes an absurd amount of time and gives inconsistent results

First, they sent me a luggage without a key to unlock. Had to wait another 3 months for a key to arrive. Then, the app won't pair with the luggage even though I reset my Bluetooth several times. Really regret buying this luggage.
