SamRemote is a virtual remote control that lets you control your Smart TV. The application is completely free.

To use the Remote Control for Sam SmartTV, you must have your mobile is on the same wifi network as your TV and you accept the message that appears on your TV. Because the application runs through the wireless network, it is not necessary to be close to the TV.

If by mistake you have refused the confirmation message of your TV ( Message for establishing communication ), it is possible to change your selection by going to :

/ Menu / Network / AllShare Settings

In addition to a careful representation of the remote control, you can use all the functionality of the real remote.

Remote Control for Sam SmartTV works with the following tv:

- Series C (2010) with internet
- Series D (2011) with All Share
- E Series (2012) with All Share
- Series F (2013) with All Share
- Series K-L-M-N (2016/2017/2018)

Ratings and reviews

Before using the app, you have to watch an ad, and it allows only a few clicks (like 3 max) before another ad pops up. Also, after closing the app for a while, it only shows the buttons (as shown on the icon), which doesn't even work. You have to reopen the app a couple of times. Furthermore, even after watching an ad after opening the app, the app lag and refuses to do anything, which leads to another ad popping up. My suggestion is to find an alternative app.

Almost every button press leads to an ad. My God, atleast give it to me in intervals of 10 minutes or atleast 5. The free version is useless and leaves a bad taste, doesn't give me confidence in the paid version. I like that I don't have to keep reconnecting to my TV which is good when remote batteries don't work but what good is it when I'm trying to use the apps on my smart tv and an ad doesn't let me use it to get to what I need.

It was good for the first couple times I used this, but every 2 buttons I press theirs an ad. And you gotta wait like 2 minutes to go threw the ads just to hit another couple buttons then boom. More ads. I would of like this more if without all the ads, I'm going with something else.
