Absolutely horrible with ads! I had issues with this app years ago so figured I'd try again. I couldnt get my Hue light to connect so attempted multiple times to complete factory reset and connect. However, they have SO many ads couldn't even get through the set up and connection. Had to start over multiple times! I'm not paying $5 to $10 a month in order to turn on/off my light. Very frustrating, I'm deleting this app.

Couldn't possibly be worse. I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT WITH THE BRAND NAME PHILLIPS HUE ON IT AGAIN. Relentless adds, impossible to add lights ..oh, and did I mention the relentless adds? And if you think I'm kidding, just see for yourself. You'll see. I will forgo the supposed benefits of 'smart lighst', delete the app, and add a dimmer switch. Literally the biggest waste of time and money I can recall.

I thought this would work wellfor me. I looked at 7 day trial but then monthly rates after trial jump quite a bit. I decided its cheaper to just get the yearly rate. It made more money sense. I was unable to set up and make this work so I wanted my yearly subscription money refunded. I read where google wont do it and you have to contact developers electronically. A total ripoff. No contact from them and no refund. They must really need the money if they have to steal it like this. Good luck..
