When you're ready
Add as much or as little as you like. Severity, type, symptoms, aura, triggers, what you tried, medication doses, how it turned out. Everything saves as you go. Nothing is mandatory.

A full-year view shades each day by severity, with a handful of stats: days since your last episode, episodes this month, average severity and duration. Plain arithmetic. No scores, no predictions, no AI.
