Ratings and reviews

On good days, the app makes call right. But most days are bad, characterized by drop call or poor audio quality. In the past week, I am unable to login to my account, and there is no attempt to even try to reach out to the customer for this breach of service. One thing for sure, Smile Network is a company that is used to disappointing its clients, as many of the reviews would testify. Their only saving grace is shortage of viable alternatives.

I know saying you guys are scam might not be generally true but in my case you are,this is my second time of purchasing data without being credited on a streak. It'll be really great if your app could take bank transfer instead of paying with card option only. If only you could under the pain of using the last few MBs you have to purchase a data that's never going to drop 😤😤

The app is unstable and crashes most time. The other end complains of a banging sound when you call,it's either you restart or clear the app caches before you can make a call. I have to uninstall and download this app. again but it seems it an updated version and I have been unable to register as a new user or existing username since yesterday (04-12-2024) and I sent an email to customer service and no response yet. Only solution from Smile customer service is to uninstall and install the app.
