Ratings and reviews

The app is very very bad. I have complained to your agent several times. When someone is calling you, you won't see the caller/call but you will hear the phone ring. At the end, you won't see the missed call at least to call the person back. Please kindly fix this. This current app is good in everything but these problems made the old app better than this. Please fix this

I know saying you guys are scam might not be generally true but in my case you are,this is my second time of purchasing data without being credited on a streak. It'll be really great if your app could take bank transfer instead of paying with card option only. If only you could under the pain of using the last few MBs you have to purchase a data that's never going to drop 😤😤

This is a useless app. It's been 3 days now since I recharged for voice minutes, and I still have not been credited. I recharged using interswitch bank transfer, I have been debited,and on the site, it was confirmed that my payment was successful. I contacted the whatsapp customer care,no response, I called the cs number, not answered, I tried to chat with them, the system keep telling me that no one online, I should drop message and I will be responded to, when they come online. Still nothing.
