Ratings and reviews

This app was much better when I started using it 5 years ago, though far from perfect. Now it is quite bad. Incoming calls cannot be picked as there is no option for that on the screen of the old Smile Voice app and the new composite app. The phone rings but no visual signs of the incoming call. The call drop rate is also much higher. Please, fix these bugs. This app should be waxing stronger. We really need some Nigerian success stories.

App was awesome few years ago, but as time goes it becomes worse daily. The other side of the phone can't hear me but I can hear them, it continues making a sound like when one is banging on a rooftop with aluminum sheets. Fix the network issues and the crashing bugs. Extend the recharge validity to 90 days like every other communication center. Why una own go dey different. After every complain about all the issues, no solution.

Am really furious of the fact that I had to be forced to update this app,,it was an excellent app all the way had no issues at all until this so called update thanks to smile oh ,now I can't subscribe,I can't access my balance I can't even open the app to even see the interface it keeps saying it can not open now since I installed it, smile what on earth is going on,, you guys better revert to the old version else am gone!!!!
