I wish I could give you people -ve in my review. Your service hasn't been good for almost a year now. I have reached out on several occasions, did what I was asked to but the app won't just work. Imagine not able to make calls until your airtime expires....calls? The App won't even connect... It want to verify by sending code to my primary line and email but I will never the code. It's really frustrating how the company can't just fix this mess. Can anyone please recommend alternatives?

smile..please fix this app. For umpteenth times...logging in is hard work. Each time " we are unable to process your request". If you manage to log it...the call cracks the second call you make. This will be the 100x my voice Balance expired without me using even a sec, all because when you need them most...you cannot log on! I have tried your customer service and all they could offer is that my network is not strong..try another network. Really? network that is on 1000mbs download speed?

The app connectivity is quite good compared to many of the other options available. However it has bad user experience: 1. Recharging is headache. 2. If you are on call and leave the call screen, you cannot return to the call screen. so, if you are muted, you are muted forever. you cannot drop the call, etc until the call is dropped from the other end.
