Ratings and reviews

First, we can't connect Neobong (tried it on 4 smart phones and 1 tablet). Second, the account keeps on logging out if the app is not running. Pls do something about this. From what I've been seeing in vid tutorials on how to connect light stick, they used old version and it worked well. I think you have to bring back the old one. Or maybe the Wyth app. It is our first purchase of light stick and frustrated with the registration of it on the app.

I got this app to connect my NCT and Wayv lightstick to the bluetooth and try it out to make sure they work properly and you can't connect it unless there is a concert coming up. But even when there is a concert coming up it doesn't show that there is one so you can't try it out. Please just add a feature that let's you test out Bluetooth whenever.

cannot connect lightstick to app. i see that this is a recurring problem with so many others. it's really disappointing. we bought an official light stick only to not be able to sync properly to the app? I've checked that my phone can detect the lightstick. but the app can't? why can't this app be fixed after so long?
