But as advice, be alert every time.

WORST APP EVER! my order is scheduled to a late delivery almost a week late and I have to leave city before that. what is the point of ordering it paying delivery charges and not receiving it on time? and the customer service is so bad ai is definitely not taking over their customer care it had only a few FAQs which are really stupid like no one actually asks such questions not the actual problems. APP IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I wish I could rate in minus.

Struggling a lot to return the product where the item was missing. Returning something on this app is really difficult and time consuming. You should buy here only if you have the guts to take legal action against them. They trust the seller more than the customer. Don't think Snapdeal will survive long, if they keep their attitude like this
