Can't login through the app drspite entering my login credentials. I keep getting the same error "oops! something went wrong".

Alert pops up whenever fill in the credentials. "oops! Something went wrong. reported this problem to the ldikhar call center. They advised me to update mobile system software and reinstall ldikhar software. have done SO for more than once; however, the problem still exists

Alert pops up whenever I fill in the credentials. "oops! Something went wrong. " I reported this problem to the Idikhar call center. They advised me to update mobile system software and reinstall Idikhar software. I have done so for more than once; however, the problem still exists.
