Thanks issue has been solved. Account ID Issue: "Unable to add an account using the QR code or manually. The app displays an "Invalid Account ID" error because it restricts me from entering the last digit Skipping the last digit also results in the same error. First, I wasn't receiving OTP both on Mobile Number and Email Address at all. Now, if I'm receiving the OTP, I'm unable to sign up on the app and get an error "Internet Not Available" on screen. Even though my internet is fully stable, I've tried changing internet connections (wifi / mobile data) from several devices. Still getting the same error. And yes, my app is up to date. It's so frustrating! Things need to be fixed immediately.

The SNGPL Connection app is frustratingly flawed. It only accepts 10-digit account IDs, even though actual IDs consist of 11 digits, making it impossible to add accounts. Additionally, the QR code feature is completely non-functional. These issues severely limit the app's usability and need urgent fixes.
