Today is the 4th day without gas. I have registered four complaints regarding the unavailability of gas, and there has been absolutely no response. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply auto close the complaints without doing anything. It feels like they are checking the gas supply only at their own homes, finding everything fine, and then closing our complaints. Or maybe they are too lazy or too afraid to step outside in winter.They are doing nothing except collecting taxes and bills.

The registration issue is resolved but when I subscribe to E-bill, it shows an error, "System not responding at the moment, please try later", kindly resolve this issue.
