Very poor and disgusting app, most of the options are not working, lodged complaint by calling 1199 but its status is shown as closed while in reality no action is taken.

Very POOR App. I can not REGISTER for Login, despite entering OTP 10 attempts. A Very POOR Connection App. It did not proceed beyond, even after 10 x OTP Attempts

Very poorly designed app with even worse performance. plus can't file a complaint in the app as the drop down are not working resulting in not completing the form.
