This application provides users ability to do following:
1. Apply new connection
2. Check status for applied connections
3. Apply for reconnection
4. View bill details as well as yearly consumption and yearly billing details
5. View and download bill
6. Make online bill payments
7. Register complaints and check complaint history
8. Register for e-bill via email and sms
9. Check tariff and get bill estimation
10. Add different account ids manually or via QR code

Ratings and reviews

This is the most useless application on Google Play Store. On which the option of online complaint has been given. But I have been complaining about non-receipt of bills continuously for the last three months. But no one is responding. If you don't understand the meaning of digital and don't want to use it, please remove it from play store.

I created my account and applied for new connection. After some i can't open my account. Even app is not opening

App isn't working for the last couple of weeks & hangs in the startup, kindly resolve this issue at your earliest. Irshad
