I recently paid my gas bill but the app is showing unpaid on the dashboard I have the SS of the payment and I also submitted a complaint but still no response kindly check it out and help to resolve this issue

Very poor and disgusting app, most of the options are not working, lodged complaint by calling 1199 but its status is shown as closed while in reality no action is taken.

Very POOR App. I can not REGISTER for Login, despite entering OTP 10 attempts. A Very POOR Connection App. It did not proceed beyond, even after 10 x OTP Attempts
