The app was working just fine, but this past month, I have messaged every single week for a month now. Trying to get my payment for the deliveries that I made.Customers support chat on the app.Will not message me back the messages that I did get at first Were automated, not a real person, and now they're completely ignoring me, and the app just keeps crashing.I've tried to call multiple senpex, numbers none of them are connected. I've tried emailing. still have not been paid 6/16/26

The order size is wildly inaccurate. Their medium size order took all 10 of my catering bags and all of the room in my vehicle. I didn't get paid well either. This has happened twice now. I've only completed 3 jobs in over a year. It's hard to accept anything without knowing how big the orders actually are. If they showed the order subtotal it would be extremely helpful in knowing how big the order is. 3 year wait to get on-board. I'm giving this app a very high 2 stars. I think they steal tip

try to sign up to become a courier. the app sends the wrong verification every time I try to verify. the website won't allow you to type more then one letter in at a time without the keyboard completely disappearing after each type. try to resolve the issue with the online Bots and requested a phone call because of the keyboard issue. I've tried calling the phone numbers that are provided and have gotten no response from the bots and unable to talk to customer service.
