Ratings and reviews

The order size is wildly inaccurate. Their medium size order took all of my 10 catering bags and all of the room in my vehicle. I didn't get paid well either. This has happened twice now. I've only completed 3 jobs in over a year. It's hard to accept anything without knowing how big the orders actually are. If they showed the order subtotal it would be extremely helpful in knowing how big the order is. 3 year wait to get on-board. I'm giving this app a very high 2 stars. I think they steal tip

The app is glitching. I can not get past the ID portion! I've taken a picture of my ID seven times. I did the front, the back, a different angle and still it will not recognize it. I have redownloaded the app, I've also force stopped it, logged in and logged out. It will not recognize my ID -- help!

This app is a good way to subsidize your other gig apps. Usually pretty good pay per mile. But the warning I would give is it's only good if you are good at fending for yourself. It's very confusing when you get an order. There will be instructions to call or text the contact person but no number to do so. When you reach out to support they tell you to watch the YouTube video on how to use the app. That is not support.
