There are several things wrong. First off they haven't deposited my money when they were scheduled to twice since I been using this app. They keep sending me order when I have it turned off. And when they send me orders, I keep getting several notifications for the same order. On Black Friday I saw an order that was about 50 miles for me. I texted support and asked if they could add a tip and I'll take it. They said okay and gave me 6 orders for that area. I had to cancel 3 of them.

try to sign up to become a courier. the app sends the wrong verification every time I try to verify. the website won't allow you to type more then one letter in at a time without the keyboard completely disappearing after each type. try to resolve the issue with the online Bots and requested a phone call because of the keyboard issue. I've tried calling the phone numbers that are provided and have gotten no response from the bots and unable to talk to customer service.

This app is a good way to subsidize your other gig apps. Usually pretty good pay per mile. But the warning I would give is it's only good if you are good at fending for yourself. It's very confusing when you get an order. There will be instructions to call or text the contact person but no number to do so. When you reach out to support they tell you to watch the YouTube video on how to use the app. That is not support.
