App is rarely active ,driver coordination is terrible ,customer service doesn't reply to drivers .Awful app

Review from courier: You are being misinformed: There is no AI, no route optimization at all, couriers use regular Google maps. Company takes lion's share of delivery fees, never shares tips. No food handling training or third party certification. No COVID related support, education or courier checks, whatsoever!
